Welcome to the Dealer Impact Motors Service Department

Service Department Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Saturday 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

We have been repairing and servicing vehicles in the Urbandale area since 1946. As a Dealer Impact Motors Service customer, you will have a computerized service history of your vehicle available for reference. We offer Goodwrench Service Lifetime Warranty on certain GM parts. Our factory and ASE trained technicians ready to perform your oil change, tire rotation, warranty repairs, engine repairs, transmission repairs, coolant flush, tires, or any need your vehicle has.

All of our technicians are factory trained and professionally certified. Our technicians have over 235 years of automotive experience. We use the latest technologically advanced equipment recommended by General Motors, Audi, BMW, Dodge, Land Rover, Lincoln and Porsche.  

Our professionally trained and certified Service Advisors will help you to maintain your vehicle and evaluate its performance. Furthermore, we have direct access to our manufacturer's technical departments to help solve any unusual problems that might occur.
